He knew what stationary would be best. He made sure I was completely satisfied before we put in the order. He was patient and personable I will be recommending anyone I know to the kinkos in alameda and let them know to ask for Neko. He deserves a raise and promotion he is a high quality employee and should treated as such.

I followed the prompts with no success. It took 3 times to finally get it right. Another representative came to help the 2nd time but couldn’t help and that when Viri was called. She told me she will give me a refund for the first transaction but I would have to pay the other two. The 2nd one I paid for did not give me a copy and I felt that it was unfair I wasn’t refunded the money. The receipt for that was 04623GN0092. I got a refund for 04623GM0108. I was a customer that clearly having a hard time and was clearly helped by another fedex worker who also had a hard time and Viri did not provide good customer service. It’s not about the money, it’s more about how I was treated. Thank you for listening.
