    The overnight price was ridiculous 😕. And there was no pricing on line or posted in the store. So how do I know if an employee is lining their own pocket by charging me 76.00 dollars. That's terrible.

    Ordered online. Went to pick up the next day. Order did not go through. The store told me to email the flyer in. I did so while in the store. Came next day to pick up, file did not go through. Emailed again in store. Went to pick up next day, it was ready, but the price was about 30% more than the online price I got, the only price I was quoted during the entire transaction. Online price was $71, in store cost me $99. Asst manager said nothing they could do. I think I should have been advised as to the price difference between online and walk in, giving me an option to try online again or try someone else. Thank you.

    Juan treated me with dignity and respect. He let me speak and never talked over me. He was very helpful as I am somewhat new to electronic labels and costs. Juan helped me find the most affordable option with tracking without breaking stride or making me feel frugal. The service was friendly but fast and I never felt rushed. The young lady there has also been very helpful. Juan’s staff shares his amiable candor. I am moving so selling gear on eBay is a must. The Brundage USPS does not treat me well enough to receive my hard earned money. I go where people care for their customers. I only wish Fed Ex was also my mail carrier. I would consider a PO box at this location if it was available at a reasonable cost. I’d like to ship and pick up at one place and I like the friendly staff at this location. I appreciate Juan, he runs this Fed Ex location efficiently and it is apparent to me that he respects his employees. He even asked the young lady if my package was okay to ship out of state. That shows humility; a quality I rarely see in any manager these days. Thank you Juan and Thank you Fed Ex for hiring good people.

    The first place I went was a complete joke! The guy sent me across town with incorrect directions, stated if I sent from his location I would have to pay. When I finally found the location he told me to go to AN HOUR LATER (should have been about 15 - 20 min drive max) I had to pay to ship it anyway! The location is ended up at was great. No issues at all. The first guy was totally incompetent!

    It went really well. Soon as I walked in she helped me and explained what I needed to do . Also gave me a pen and paper so I could write a quick note to my uncle who was receiving the package !!!

    Customer service is great. I go twice maybe 3 times a year to get a big order done and they always help me from the beginning of the order to end with a great attitude. Specially the manager David.
