    Took way too long - 30 mins - to simply mail one overnite letter. Then, got charged twice in error. Called the store once I saw the two charges. They wouldn’t help me and sent me off to your customer service - which I assume was in the Philippines. Spent 45 mins with them - before being told they couldn’t help me and I’d have to call back on Monday. Decided to go back into the store, and they helped me get a refund. But took a long time. Multiple customers in store and about the same number of staff behind the counter - but only one or two helping anyone. Customers were not happy and it didn’t feel like staff was much concerned. Manager (I think) finally came out and began to help out - but for the final ten mins I was there, he hadn’t even finished with one customer. I spent $95 to send one letter overnite. I’d expect much better service for that kind of cost. Next time, I will try UPS or USPS. I’m missing the value of FedEx in this experience. Very high cost. Takes way too long to get served. Errors. Remote support that can’t help. And takes way too long to get problems created by FedEx store staff corrected. What feels like a general lack of concern for the customer. What am I missing?

    Everyone at the Brea center is very friendly and helpful. Everyone is able to assist me very quickly and my order is always correct and ready sooner than expected.

    Your team member was very efficient and really made me feel comfortable about all of my options in shipping my valuable items. I could tell she truly was good at her job and enjoyed it too. Her customer service skills along with her ability to be efficient and thorough were excellent.

    My $40 order for four pictures was not printed out with the dimensions. I wanted, even though I texted the dimensions in the subject line. The service provider argued with me and argued would not listen. He said it was my fault and he would not take other answer. He said he would give me the pictures with the correction after I said I would never come back again. He was an awful representation of your company because of the bad experience, even though I got my pictures finally corrected… Well, not exactly corrected but better than before. I may not be a customer of yours any longer.

    The employee was rude. He said “You need to completely fill up the space in your return package..even if this is how you received it. It’s a liability for us.” How are customers supposed to know that?! Also, his tone of voice was not appropriate, nor appreciated.
