    I was ignored, and when finally helped the team members didn’t look me in the eye. I didn’t get a call like I was supposed too, so I had to call the next day and see if my order was ready. Just overall not the best group of employees. The Studio City location is preferable but the Toluca Lake one is .3 miles away.

    Ask more questions about my order if clerk doesn’t understand what I what. In this case, I ordered hundreds of colored copies with a separate page of directions that were not supposed to be combined. I was then forced to separate hundreds of directions from colored copies, which took me close to 30 minutes, wasted time
