    Walked in and needed ID so had to go get it and get back in line. Inconvenient but staff was very helpful and nice.

    The staff is helpful and got my project done. However the prices were outrageous - $14 charge for opening my file and printing it. Theres no reason for such a large charge - it literally part of the job and prob took 1 minute. I will buy ink and print my own stuff going forward

    I went into the store to ship 57 separate packages. I met with the manager on site and he set up an appointment time to ensure staffing was met for other customers doing business at a store. He was extremely friendly, and we were able to carry a conversation while he was doing the transactions. He had another team member help and both were amazing and provided exceptional customer service. As a business owner, I would highly recommend Doing what is needed to keep them around

Ben was very knowledgeable and professional, and answered all my questions, in addition to informing me of all other possibilities for my template. He helped me strategize and choose the right size for my project and it came out perfect! The experience was a breeze and he was a huge help, thanks Ben!

    I came in with a large and complicated copy/print job and Brent and Ben (on their own initiative) went way beyond what I had asked for and carefully scanned every single page that I wanted copied and then made corrections and improvements to the scans before printing them, which created much more work for them, but dramatically increased the quality of the end result. They could have just done the minimum that I had requested as I didn't even know what they did was possible, but they went so far beyond that and I am immensely grateful.
