    1st experience; guy @ counter wouldn’t help. I ended up talking to assistant manager to complain about his negative attitude. He did help me. Next day the gal helping me was wonderful; she double-checked that the order was correct, asked her supervisor for pricing verification. When we went back the next day to pick up the order she was all smiles and made sure the item was to our satisfaction.

    I rarely have any problems, the only time I go to a team member is when I get there and ask for a convenience code. However, after that everything works great.

    I tried to place an order online. After 3 hours, and a call to customer service, tech support and then the store, I was told the website wasn't working. I was able to email most of my documents to the store and they were great. Unfortunately, some of my files were too big and there was no way to send them so I had to do without.

    Carlos is awesome. Friendly and accommodating. Went the extra mile to help me find the right box for my package and saved me some money in the process. Will definitely go back next time I need to ship a package. Thanks man.

    i was planning to use self service but my file was not uploaded yet and Miguel made it easier, waay easier for me! he was really helpful and attentive to my needs in printing my certificates. i thought i would stay there for 30 minutes or more in printing, he made it easy and half of the time i was expecting to be there. my print wa done in less than 15 minutes! i saved money, time, and effort because of his great help!

    I was told my package was going to be delivered by Wednesday at 8 A.M. & it arrived at 4:47 P.M. due to the delay of my package I wasn’t able to complete my paper work on time.
