    I used the computer in the store to order printing services and my card was declined and I spent like twenty minutes trying to figure out what was going on(which it charges per minute), only to find out their payment machine was having glitches. Tim Misner was able to help me while training someone and helped me complete my transaction with the online rate. He was great but the in store computer not so much. Both Tim and his trainee were very pleasant and I received both products same day.

    Tried couple of times with Office Depot to use their copier. No one is available to assist us being a senior and less knowledgeable with the copier. But, in FeDex someone has to come and assist us with our needs. Highly recommend.

    I actually had two separate jobs within a week.. when I went to pick up the second job, I had to go in period wardrobe because I was going to a history event at the San Diego History Museum. In wardrobe, I do not have a space to carry my wallet. I actually shared I would be doing so when I paid for the first job and placed the second. The issue of wallet was not discussed. I was asked for my id even though my picture is on the poster when writting a check for the second job. So, I had to go back out to the car to get a picture I’d. Although I appreciate your security measures in this case it was inconvient. Also the staff person that received payment the first time was there and greeted me overheard the conversation, etc. but of course did not recall my id number.

    1st experience; guy @ counter wouldn’t help. I ended up talking to assistant manager to complain about his negative attitude. He did help me. Next day the gal helping me was wonderful; she double-checked that the order was correct, asked her supervisor for pricing verification. When we went back the next day to pick up the order she was all smiles and made sure the item was to our satisfaction.

    Store visit was excellent but the shipping process to another country has been horrible. Customs still has the package at the airport and has not released the package, it’s been 3 days! There is no option to speak with anyone over there either to have it released, my son has been waiting for his replacement phone and we have no way of getting a hold of him besides when he uses a computer.

    Amy treated us with incredible care and professionalism during a delicate moment in our family's life. I never felt pressured or rushed. Everything turned out wonderful as promised. If I worked at FedEx, I would love to be on a team with her. Can't say enough.

    I rarely have any problems, the only time I go to a team member is when I get there and ask for a convenience code. However, after that everything works great.

    I tried to place an order online. After 3 hours, and a call to customer service, tech support and then the store, I was told the website wasn't working. I was able to email most of my documents to the store and they were great. Unfortunately, some of my files were too big and there was no way to send them so I had to do without.

    Carlos is awesome. Friendly and accommodating. Went the extra mile to help me find the right box for my package and saved me some money in the process. Will definitely go back next time I need to ship a package. Thanks man.
