She even gave me a sample print of what part of my job would look and feel like. Both were very respectful and gave their undivided attention although there were many people coming in to be helped; they were both good at multitasking while keeping professionalism. They were thorough and personable.

Shout out to Fong for spending the time needed to fix my files and discussing my options. I realized soon enough how unprepared I was to order my stuff. When it was all said and done, I was very happy with what I picked up the next day. Everything turned out as she said it would. She had someone training so I hope he learned as much as I did lol.
