I gave him the retrieval codes and he told me self help would be cheaper. I waited in line to be helped. If I had wanted to do it myself I would have. He had already turned and left before I even left the counter. I approached an associate and asked for his name, saying I’d like to take your survey. Suddenly he reappeared as she answered,” Thomas-was he awesome?” I didn’t answer. As I left he called out,” have a nice day, ma’am”. A little late for that now, Thomas. SMILE

Unfortunately due to apparent software constraints there is a maximum file size which appears to be approximately 5 to 10 MB. The associate was unable to scan using their scanner because it wasn't a process of being replaced. So I had to break this job up into many multiple pieces to comply with the file constraints in place. We are no longer in a 1990s. I don't understand why such a small file sizes in place.
