    I was referred to FEDX as having efficient services by a staff from Staples. Very thorough and communicative and affordable and completed photocopying and scanning my documents ahead of time as I emphasized that those documents needed to taken on Sunday night's flight (Jan 5). Grateful for the excellent customer service.

    Mixed feelings. Easy to place order, but when the promised time passed I had to call, then I was told they’d call me back but didn’t. Then I had to call again only to find there would be another delay. However they did give me a 20% discount and the lady at pick up merged some electronic files for me so that was nice. I would expect a call with updates- especially if the promised time would not be met

    So the reason I rated everything so high was because the team at the FedEx office dealt with the problem so fast and was able to get me what I needed in a very short period of time and I was in completely impressed by their ability would definitely go there again and will use that as my main office

    Detrone went out of his way for me. From accessing my files to retrieving the drive I left AFTER he was sure to hand it to me to communicating the delivery time. I loved the way this team (asst mgr, store mgr, other associates) worked together too. No extra energetic overtures…just good old heads-down-make-it-happen energy. I will come back.

    I like to use self service but as I’ve said many times before the color ink is WAY TOO saturated-making a normal image look weird. Then I have to ask the people behind the desk for help-it’s really inconvenient.

    The store had only one other customer visible when I entered who was being helped at the service counter. Another employee who was working elsewhere noticed me waiting, stopped he was doing and walked over to ask me what I needed. After a short conversation he wrote down a work order, took my materials (sheet music for spiral binding) and, after I wrote down my name and number, said he would start on it soon and call when it was done. About 40 minutes later I got that call, drove back to the store while I was still in the neighborhood and picked up my order. This saved me a second trip and my valuable time.
