Many of the women working there were unfriendly and wanting to add extra charges for everything. We didn’t receive proofs for most of the work. I sent a ready to print file and was still charged for “digital enhancement”. I was also charged for folding, which is minimal, but I didn’t agree to nor discuss the service. The pricing seems shady and should be more transparent.
