I almost paid $120 for shipping until I remembered that I had a personal account with FedEx. When I brought this up to the team member she said, "you should have started with that" but I think THEY should start the transaction by asking the customer if they have an account with FedEx. I ended up paying only have of original estimate because of my FedEx acc. Huge difference!

She did a excellent job at letting people know she would take care of the just as soon as she could. Yadira is a GREAT multitasker! Her manager strolled in around 9:30 and headed straight to the rear of the store. I thought she would be right back out after seeing how busy Yadira was, and how many customers were waiting. When the manager finally walked to the counter , her rapidness and efficiency fell very short compared to the effort and efficiency was putting in in order to assist customers promptly. Yadira did an excellent job at packaging my laptops, all while multi-tasking in order to help customers in the middle of packing my laptops. I did not mind at all that she was multi-tasking while packaging my items. Yadira a a great asset and brings great value to your FedEx team. She definitely takes pride in her job, and definitely strives to meet customers needs with professionalism and efficiency. Shout-out to Yadira for her EXCELLENCE in customer service!
