    I went in to the fed ex in Costa Mesa on 5/27/24 to get my daughter's Senior Grad Poster printed. It was a holiday, Memorial Day and the store was closing in 15 minutes. I expected to get the file sent through your email and set up when I could pick up the poster the next day. I was not the only customer in the store. Three male employees were working. They we so kind to everyone. I know they must have wanted to go home, but they were so patient and professional with people. A gentleman named Patrick was working with me and he was the most sincere and caring of all. He ended up printing the poster right then. I assured him that he did not have to. He said that he was happy to and that it would be one less thing on the team working tomorrow's list if he did it right then. What an employee! You know, in college, they used to hold Nordstrom and the Disney Parks up as examples of customer service. If everyone gave service like Patrick, your company would surely be added to it! I do love fed ex print and have always gotten quality printed materials from there. But the customer service from Patrick and the other men working on Memorial Day was worth taking time to write you all about it!

    I had a very last minute print job of (8) pitch decks that were 90 pages each, printed and bound for a big client meeting. I arrived at 5pm and they moved things around to help me in on a very tight timeline. They finished my job by 7pm. Jacob in particular was very, very helpful. He offered 10/10 custom service and was very helpful during a stressful moment for me. Thanks to Jacob, Patrick, and Gnoc, we have our pitch deck printed and ready for our big client meeting. Thanks again!

    I feel terribel that I can't remember the name of the team member who helped me. He was absoultly amazing. Great customer service skills. He was polite and attentive. Made me feel welcomed and not like I was intruppting him by walking in. I felt appreciated. He Exceeded my expectations. Again, I'm sorry I forgot his name but I'll never forget how he made me feel as a customer. Thank you 😊

    I came in to do some shredding services and the lady who helped me was beyond rude. She did not speak and when she did it was to complain. Once everything was completed she tossed my bag and didn't say a word. Horrible assistance.

    The Asian woman who helped me with my Apple shipping was the meanest person I have ever come across that works in service. I did not do anything except say that I had an Apple drop off and she was so rude to me the entire time. Everything was done in silence which was fine with me since she was such a horrible person, but then at the end, she literally throws the receipt and paperwork at me and says “You’re done!”. I don’t think she should be in any sort of customer service job or any job in general. You can tell she hates her life, but I can’t believe how rude she was for no reason at all except the fact that she is working or having to do anything in the day. I wish I had her name, but she is Asian, overweight and she was working on March 4, 2024 at 8:30 am.
