    My store experience was okay. Once the package left the store the trouble began. Envelope was to be delivered Monday 9/29. Unfortunately I had a wrong address which I tried to correct immediately. I paid $35.20. It is now Wednesday, 10/01 and I have no idea where the package is. The persons I spoke to in India gave me incorrect information. on Monday I went back to the store and Yadira tried to help me, but was unsuccessful. today I tried to track it and it says delivery by 5:00p. it is n7:10P and still nothing

    The overall experience was great. The only issue I had was after I got home and reviewed the receipt completely, I saw that the FedEx rep misspelled the recipient’s name. Luckily she also included my label.

    Your computer couldn't read our Mac OS flash drive which we use all the time at other print shops. "FedEx only accepts MS Window formatted flash drives”. There wasn’t even a Mac OS machine on premise. We had to go home and send via email. Really a poor use of our time. Service was professional but they didn’t have the hardware to serve us. Great hours but expensive compared to our print shops.

    In selecting a box for my item and how it worked, over of free tape..great, friendly. In shipping the bac I specifically asked for 2-day, delivery Friday, May 2nd. I’m expecting the delivery upon my arrival and no arrival delivery. Verified the tracking and delivery May 6, long after I have departed the location of the delivery…disappointing as I now had to purchase the items for my stay. Perhaps I should verified over again, i verified the delivery address on the screen and do not recall delivery date being on the screen. For over 20 years my business had an account with you and never ever did we have a problem, never and I raved to family and friends the reliability. Certainly this was a lesson learned in this experience.
