    The assistant manager Yadira started helping me. She had me to download my picture to a FedEx email address. In the meantime she was talking to another employee and walked away. She kept me waiting and not giving me her full attention. When she did come back she looked on the computer and indicated the picture hadn’t come through although I had the copy on my iPhone and received a message that the picture was a success sending. Then she had me to send the picture to another email address since she could find the picture when I sent it to the first email address. I sent the picture to the second email address and while I was sending picture to second email address she walked away again making me wait. Join her return she saw the picture I wanted printed but didn’t know how to do the printing process. She called over a male employee who knew how to do the actual printing I needed. I was there for over 30 minutes waiting for Yadira to help me and take my order for the printing I needed yet had no idea how the process should be done. The gentleman who helped me once he was called over took him 5 minutes to help me and get me out of there. This same gentleman had helped me in the past therefore I was quite comfortable leaving my project in the hands of an experienced individual. I didn’t appreciate Yadira taking up my time when she was not experienced in the print job I needed and making me wait while she talked to another female employee and push a cart to the front of the store. The store was not busy at my time of arrival around 10:10 am. So providing me her direct attention wasn’t asking too much. Her customer service was unacceptable. Thank

    My store experience was okay. Once the package left the store the trouble began. Envelope was to be delivered Monday 9/29. Unfortunately I had a wrong address which I tried to correct immediately. I paid $35.20. It is now Wednesday, 10/01 and I have no idea where the package is. The persons I spoke to in India gave me incorrect information. on Monday I went back to the store and Yadira tried to help me, but was unsuccessful. today I tried to track it and it says delivery by 5:00p. it is n7:10P and still nothing

    The overall experience was great. The only issue I had was after I got home and reviewed the receipt completely, I saw that the FedEx rep misspelled the recipient’s name. Luckily she also included my label.

    Josh was amazing. He was kind, understanding, and helpful in every way. He went above and beyond to make sure the posted and mounted photos we needed for a funeral were done well and in a timely way. My stress level was greatly reduced because of Josh's help.
