    On 6/6 mailed a disk to UCLA medical and wanted it there 6/9-10 and rep said he can have it there 6/9 and it went from cypress to Bloomfield and customer service said would expidite it so did not get what was requested

    Was told package would arrive overnight. Instead it took 4 days to arrive. It was an expensive item that was to be kept cold and paid a lot extra to mail package this way. Item was ruined!!! Lost money and my customer!!!

    I was not given a tracking number, unless that’s the one on the receipt. I asked to be notified when the package was delivered and have received no notification. This is not the fault of the rep in the FedEx store, however. The rep himself was helpful and efficient.

    I wish I remember the employees name, he was super helpful and very nice. Hispanic with glasses, I hope he gets credit for this review. Will definitely be back for any future printing I need!

    Convenient location, good prices, good service (1 day service because no need for current day expedited service) to print and fold programs for a funeral; and great service from Jaime who helped me.

    The canvas print that I ordered was inferior and twice as costly as Walgreens, who took the time to show me the finished product. When I went back to fedex asking for my money back the manager said he would only refund fifteen dollars. After the argument about that he told me not to come back. I have never been treated so terribly as that and I am 87 years old and just wanted a nice photo of my wife who recently passed away. Thanks for adding to my pain and grief.

    The person who served me at the Cypress office gave me the worst customer service in every way. He was aggressive, seemed like an inefficient public office bureaucrat, made me feel miserable in his service. She did not fill out all the necessary information for Ema to deliver the shipment in Mexico (she did not ask me for the phone number of the person who would receive the shipment in Mexico). Overall my rating for that FedEx office employee is 0/100. They should train him properly or never put him in direct contact with customers.
