Yesterday, I went to Placerville,CA where they had an office that did UPS, FedX, USPS, and sold miscellaneous items. I was sending something by ground shipment but the cost was $23.99 vs. $11.90 which I paid in El Dorado Hills,CA last week. I stopped my transaction and drove to El Dorado Hills, CA to have my package sent. I would not have known the overcharge had I not gone to the El Dorado Hills site. There should be some way that they should have to disclose this information.

Twice I gave her the wrong information she had to re-input my shipment and created three times. I felt so bad and she was completely understanding in every possible way. I felt personally cared for. I hope she will get some recognition. I wish I remembered her name. I’m new to the area and now I know where I’m going for my shipping.

The gentleman did not tell me that the person signing for the package had to have the same address as the delivery address. He did say the needed to be over 21 but failed to tell me about the address requirement. Because the hotel staff did not have the correct requirements the package was delayed for two days. I paid for an overnight delivery but was not given that. We had to call the fedex office several times times and received different information. They assure my husband they would deliver it the next day, but again it was rejected. He eventually had to go down to the FedEx station in Sunnyvale to retrieve his package.
