- Tuesday, May 16, 20235 out of 5Rating 5.0Well, on this day, I had gone to another FedEx off of the same street, to dropoff the same package, to ship it with a return label already attached, but they did not want to take it because the box was damaged but not to a point where it couldn't be fixed. Anyways, I ended up taking it to this FedEx where Gloria, the lovely lady in charge, was able to quickly figure out a way to get my package shipped, while saving me money that I would have otherwise spent on buying another box. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! THAT'S HOW IT SHOULD BE DONE! BTW, Sofia was her assistant that helped out as well. Kudos to both of them. GREAT JOB!!

She informed me thoroughly about the shipping rates and took time to walk me through the process. They were also very pleasant to chat with, and kind. Their smiles are so wonderful and welcoming.

That was the first thing I wanted to know and they "read my mind". They were quick to take my package while the other printed a receipt so I can have the tracking number. Gloria quickly asked me if I would take a survey and gave me a flyer. I was on my way back to the office.

Yet to my surprise, I received an email and even a phone call around noon on Tue, informing that the photo print was ready. The person who called me also informed me about a promotion program in May. I was extremely pleased about the prompt completion of my order. I picked up the photo print on Wed at about 1PM and was helped by Milinda. Milinda was very helpful, courteous and friendly. Based on my exceeding good service and experience at this location, I will definitely continue to use the service at this location and will recommend this location to others.
