It took me a couple minutes past closing to finish and Nala never made me feel as though I were imposing. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this beauty young woman. I wish all the folks I see in stores and service situations were half as smart and kind and good natured as Nala. She makes the world a better place. Thank you for hiring her.

I printed a poster for my Dad's memorial 40 mins before they closed for the day and I needed it next day. I waited in line for 25 mins with one customer ahead of me that was getting a framing job done by the first guy while she was in the back working. I think she felt bad I was waiting so long and stepped in and helped me print this 36x24 poster I needed the next day at this point it was 4 mins til closing. I was expecting to just drop off the file and pick it up in 24 hrs but she did this for me last second and it was a huge relief. It was my Dad's memorial service and it meant the world to have a poster with all his pictures there in time. The quality was outstanding but the service actually made me cry tears of gratitude when I got back in the car. She even told me sorry for your loss and seemed genuinely sad for me. I'll never forget her kindness when I needed it.

I can’t recommend them highly enough. They were absolutely excellent in their customer service and recommendations. The reliability of the FedEx physical printing machines was a challenge but the customer service was over the top wonderful.
