    I learned there is no 2day shipping on weekends. There is no signage and the salesman didn’t make it clear I had to keep questioning him to get clarification of the date of delivery. If had know there was no shipping on weekends I would have taken my package in sooner so it would made its destination on time.

    I cannot begin to express how completely impressed I was with the attention to detail and the compassion with which I was helped. He helped me find the exact binder. I needed the colored tabs and he was very thorough in explaining to me honestly that the price could change because we didn’t know how many pages I was going to have copied. He was extremely kind and he even called me later to tell me the exact amount so I wouldn’t be shocked when I showed up the next day to pick up my job. I am so happy I came to the Folsom FedEx and not the one in El Dorado Hills because I just had such a fabulous experience all because of this employee Vijay. And I have shared my experience with coworkers and family members. I should also mention I am pretty hard to impress and he made it very easy.

    I had a last minute expedited request to print a couple of items for my daughter’s college volleyball signing. Maria (Folsom Assistant Mgr) was so helpful over the phone and even more helpful when I came into the store. She pulled images directly from the internet and gave us options to meet our needs. She even provided the final product sooner than we needed it. Overall the staff was helpful and happy. Will definitely go to Fedex again for my printing needs.

    The staff at the Folsom office are rude and disrespectful and make me feel uncomfortable. I used to love this place but after the last two times I will NEVER go back there again. I’m switching to UPS. At least they value my business and are nice.
