This time I got outstandingly amazing assistance from incredibly helpful and knowledgeable Julianne. I felt quite compelled to take this survey. Julianne went above and beyond for just a regular customer. I am in customer service and I learned a few things from Julianne on my visit. I'm sure she gives this kind of service consistently and she is definitely an asset to FedEx.

They went out of their way to find the most inexpensive yet practical way to ship my heavy item half way across the country. They made my Fed Ex shipping experience a great one and I’ll return as a result.

He was easy to work with, highly knowledgeable about the best possible way to get my package to its destination on time and helped package my things in a way to ensure they arrived undamaged. I’d he isn’t already a manager I suggest making him one ASAP. That’s the type of customer service that keeps people like me coming back to FedEx.
