    Generally have nice experience going to FedEx offices and get help with any service I had used. However, I was totally dissatisfied with shipping experience this time due to the fact that the delivery wasn’t made as expected. Spent extra bucks to do overnight shipping and the package was delivered a day later which it would’ve costed me 1/5th of the money if had opted for that day and time.

    Vicky was amazing! we went over every detail of my request, printed a sample for me to review to make sure it was perfect. phoned as soon as it was ready, and made every effort to be there when i picked up to confirm it was indeed perfect!

    I was returning 6 pair of compression socks to the company I bought them from. The company emailed me a return label and said box the items, attach the return label and take it to a FedEx location which I did. When I walked in your employee said “We don’t ship shoe boxes” in a not so friendly way. In the course of the conversation I asked if my box could be put in their box and the return label attached. The answer was was NO. It became obvious I was going to do it your employee’s way ONLY. Long story short, the socks were placed in one of your flimsy envelopes and I paid for packaging. I asked for a box. Nope, it was going to be his way. As I said it was going to be his way. I was also returning another, separate item, 3 small boxes, not packaged, which he also put in one of your flimsly envelope. I would not be surprised if both of them made it to their destinations in one piece. Because of your employee’s attitude I should have just walked out and went to the Post Office. I will not go into a couple of smart aleck comments your employee made in response to a comment a made about returning items ordered on the internet - buy from Amazon because easy return (not in my experience) , and go to IKEA they have trampolines. Gosh, a real expert. So bottom line I am not happy at all. I have done business in that location before and been satisfied. It will take something really important, and that I cannot go anywhere else, to go back. Keep your coupon - I am not interested

    When I received the print, it was a lousy quality. The picture looked awful. I didn’t know what to do so I kept it, but I’m going to throw it away. It was almost $200 waste the money. They should’ve told me it was not gonna come out clear.

    Exceptional help by Coen, Elijah, another gentleman team member that I don't know the name of who helped Coen with Photoshop etc, and the woman who helped me on the first day - additionally the manager lady Crystal - I am extremely grateful to Coen for his excellent and timely help. The phenomenal quality of the finished product, a picture with wrinkles that was printed on a board - and the generous packaging - totally exceeded all my expectations ! Thank you so very much !
