She is quick to help out anyone that is in need of assistance. I never do surveys, but when you have an employee who has great energy like Shanna I think she needs recognition for the great customer service she offers. The staff is in incredibly helpful, efficient, and great to work with. As a federal government employee, I can’t say how much I appreciate the services provided through the GPO printing program at this site
