Liz was extremely personable, professional, and I left the store really feeling like I was taken care of and appreciated as a customer. Liz made quite an impression on me, and I feel like most people in the customer service industry should be more like her. Based on my experience with Liz, I will only go to this FedEx location, moving forward.
