    There were 2 individuals - the first individual answered my questions about packing materials, pricing etc. when I returned the 2nd day a different person provided box and helped me pack box. Explained about timing of shipment etc. Both individuals were courteous with great communication skills. Sorry I don’t remember their names.

    I have been running onsite mtgs in hotels for over 20 years and this is the absolute best experience I have had with a printing team in my career. We had a number of last minute requests and your team took care of everything flawlessly and with great spirits. I wish I could bring them (and their equipment) across the globe with me, this experience will have me push to run more meetings out of this hotel based on how easy the team made my job.

    I was helped by two of the employees. They were both very kind, very helpful and very patient. I do not remember their names but the two gentlemen were really nice. The only complaint that I have is that the FedEx office did not have Wi-Fi. I had to use my own hotspot which can be a bit tricky sometimes. But that’s not necessarily the FedEx offices fault because it was in a hotel, and apparently the hotel has bad Wi-Fi service.

    This was my last visit to FedEx in California, because I am moving this Monday. I needed to shred documents, and I was helped by Jacques and Matt. As always, they were both very kind and very knowledgeable about FedEx, and they made the process so easy.

    Jacques was outstanding, as always! I have been fortunate enough to be helped by Jacques before, and every single time, he has been knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely wants to help me find what I’m looking for. Printing can be confusing, but Jacques makes it so easy, and he makes me feel like I can do it!

    I spent $15 on 2 diff commenters to try and get my documents printed??!!! It would not allow me to add more money to print out all so I got half of what I needed total ***!!!!

    We stayed here for a conference, and coordinating with Jacques, Robert and Matt far exceeded any expectations we had. From working with us ahead of arrival on holding packages for us, tracking our packages, delivering them upon arrival, helping with shipping out post conference helped so much. Business trips are stressful enough, and not having to worry about our shipments, knowing we were in such good hands. My team is very grateful for these 3. Kind, friendly, and beyond professional.

    Matt and Robert both went above and beyond to meet my needs. They even called me several times during when issues arose. They both were also very kind, considerate and gave me excellent friendly customer service. Which I appreciate very much. Our company has owns and operates almost 100 affordable housing buildings in California. We are using this for a talent show in one of age restricted buildings. I will highly recommend our corporate office use Fed Ex at Lowe’s Hotel for all of its printing needs! Thanks again for making the process and experience so easy!
