I had promised to do it in a timely manner, but wasn’t feeling very well because I was just diagnosed with cancer. I couldn’t delay sending, but just didn’t really have the focus I needed, and I have never used the machine before. Ariel stepped up and completely guided me through teaching me how to use it for future, as well as making it extremely effortless for me to complete my task, and I learned a lot with her guidance. I also told her that I have sent a package at the UPS store near my house and told her the price. It was also a favor for a friend and I was completely put off by having to do it but I did it and she let me know that FedEx would’ve been able to do it the same and less expensive . Next time I will do that. So thank you Ariel for your kindness and your professionalism and I will be back.
