Told me I had to wait for her to fix the machine but mentioned, why can’t she first help me send a package and grudgingly agreed. I regret not getting her name but was disappointed in the customer service which bordered on rude. I went on Monday morning around 8:00 and she was the only worker there.

They were such experts – clearly thought through the options with me, before settling on a great deal. I'm ashamed that I cannot remember their names.

She said she would call me with the cost which wasn’t necessary. She also did not tell me when I could pick the order up other than ask if I was waiting for it. When I returned later in the day to pick my order up which was completed she charged me a rush fee. Which did not make sense because as she said if I returned the following day I would not be charged the fee on an order that had already been completed. She also charged me for cutting my items when I said I did not want them cut

I submitted the job past the deadline. Chris answered the phone and was very professional. He handled the situation with the sense of urgency and the mindset of resolving the issue. The books were delivered earlier than what I expected. I was grateful and impressed with how Chris responded to the situation. What a delight! Excellent job, Chris!
