I submitted the job past the deadline. Chris answered the phone and was very professional. He handled the situation with the sense of urgency and the mindset of resolving the issue. To charge $69 just to scan two prints is highway robbery! I went ahead and asked for them to proceed only because the prints were drawn by my sister who passed away recently. You really need to look at your pricing model as I you will be sure to lose customers.
