    Cassandra is currently filling in as the store manager at this location and she is WONDERFUL! I ship items from this store on average 2-3 times a week. This store has had some turnover the past few months and service has been up and down. But Cassandra is great, she is prompt, fast and cheerful. I hope she stays as store manager because I think she is a good role model to the others as the guys there can be a little laxi daisy - but Mike is great too.

    Hello, I went to have a package sent out via QR code, to buy a box to mail out a smartphone, and then send that smartphone out after printing a label. Anthony helped me with it all. He provided insight, knowledge about available products, timeline, and even printed out my label for me. He was the best associate I've come across at any store in quite some time. Probably pre-Covid. He was the model employee. I've worked in Customer Service in the past, and this guy gets it. Also, it should be noted, all three store employees working at the time (Monday night, Feb. 5) were super nice when I walked in. This store is out of my way, but I will be returning if I require any mailing services in the future just based on my experience that night.

    I just want to say that the team member Keenan was very helpful. He took the time and had a cheerful disposition and was smiling, which is key to having a great experience at your store, which I did have. I ended up shipping an envelope and he helped me with that too cheerfully. he is definitely an *** to your team and I appreciated his help.

    I had several original documents that I needed scanned to be able to ship a copy of a drive. Carmen assisted me with no hesitation and was very thorough and friendly. She made everything very simple.

    I was coming to town to organize a large conference and could not travel with the big signs and heavy reams of documents, so I ordered ahead of time to have them completed when I arrived in town. Mike contacted me to be sure the order was just right, answered all of my questions and had everything done on time, ready for pickup. His customer service is outstanding!
