    Store experience has always been great. It is the pricing system and the failure to deliver on time of Fedex itself that has disappointed me recently which has nothing to do with the store. Shipping a package at 3:57 PM one day. System gave one price but by the time I found phone number to add it was 4:01 and the price had gone up significantly for the exact same package and service level and address. Store did not have the power to change that -- not their fault. Also, midway between Thanksgiving and Xmas last year I sent a fedex envelope on Ecpress Saver. Took more than 2 weeks to arrive at destination. I called to make a claim and was told that no delayed service claims were permitted during that period. It was not a day or two late. I paid a significant amount to have it delivered 2 weeks later with no recourse???? I should have just mailed it USPS for $2. I don't ever get surveys for the pricing and delivery or claims side so this is my only opportunity to report on these incidents. The store and store staff get 5+ stars. What happens when their part is done has been disappointing at times. No previous issues like this in 30 years as an account holder. Hope someone is listening/reading this!

    I usually go through the post office and my son recommended me to go through FedEx and my experience was absolutely amazing and the price was cheaper than I do get from the post office and the stuff the package came at the time that you told me it would I’m very, very satisfied

    Store was fine. They missed printing one of the photos sent to them. The website is really unwieldy and not conducive to one-off printing. The store was very helpful in providing an email address to use to send the electronic files. Would have been nice if the website worked better.

    The man who helped me was great but the actual shipping was not. It took a week for the 2-day package to arrive and it ripped and documents inside were water damaged. Will never use FedEx again after this experience.

    I called the La Jolla store and there was a problem locating the file as the school needed to provide it. Once this was cleared up, the store contacted me for payment, and they communicated with a FedEx store near me in the SF Bay Area to print and send it to me. The service was amazing and the textbook was sent to me by the next day.

    I tried to use the Fedex app to self-ship within the store. However, the signage for where and how to ship my item was very confusing. Furthermore, when I tried to fill out my own shipping label using the app, the app prevented me from completing due to an error. I looked for a paper label that I could handwrite my destination but could not find that within the store either.

    I came in on a busy day with a hope that I would be able to place an order. Your employee was gracious, helpful, and asked good questions. I was impressed. I don’t recall his name as it was a very busy day for me personally.

    I was promised the FedEx would be there in two days before my family was leaving for out of the country. They have not received the FedEx package in time for Christmas and they have already left. I paid money for two day air.
