    The man who helped me was great but the actual shipping was not. It took a week for the 2-day package to arrive and it ripped and documents inside were water damaged. Will never use FedEx again after this experience.

    I called the La Jolla store and there was a problem locating the file as the school needed to provide it. Once this was cleared up, the store contacted me for payment, and they communicated with a FedEx store near me in the SF Bay Area to print and send it to me. The service was amazing and the textbook was sent to me by the next day.

    I tried to use the Fedex app to self-ship within the store. However, the signage for where and how to ship my item was very confusing. Furthermore, when I tried to fill out my own shipping label using the app, the app prevented me from completing due to an error. I looked for a paper label that I could handwrite my destination but could not find that within the store either.

    I came in on a busy day with a hope that I would be able to place an order. Your employee was gracious, helpful, and asked good questions. I was impressed. I don’t recall his name as it was a very busy day for me personally.

    This was one of the best printing experiences we could’ve asked for. He carefully listened to what we wanted, was incredibly patient, helpful, and kind, and took care to ensure that our wedding invites came out exactly as we wanted. He made sure that he had the correct version of the file and details noted, and followed the job through from beginning to end. He far exceeded expectations and we are incredibly happy with the results! Just wow!

    Noah was not only knowledgeable, but very nice to work with, and Carmen helped me with the emailing portion. Both were great! I use FedEx a lot and its always nice I know I have reliable team there to work with.
