It’s a shame that can’t be accessed when I ship from your office. The shipping process would be almost instant.

- Thursday, May 23, 20245 out of 5Rating 5.0Richard was smiling and conversing with another employee when I walked in, I said “Wow, two people actually smiling happy and getting along, I never see than anymore thats nice to see” then Richard helped me print 26 pages and I was cobfused so he offered to help me to make it easy and he was patient, courteous and knowledgable (which all three are uncommon these days) I was fumbling with how to move photos from my phone to printer and he happily helped me. The experience made me comfortable where I felt like I was the bothersome customer I did not feel that way. He made it so easy and was so pleasant, he had a fantastic attitude and disposition and knew what he was doing. This is an example of a star employee.
