I reported the issue to an employee and he told me that I setup the settings correctly and he did not know what was wrong with the printer. He told me that I needed to feed only 1 paper in the paper tray at a time to print. It would take me a very long time to print so many copies this way. I was on my lunch break and had no time to feed 1 paper at a time to the printer. It did not make sense for me to feed 1 paper at a time. I then asked another employee to help. Rob came over and offered to help print at the full service counter. He was very helpful and saved me so much time. FedEx needs more employees like Rob who goes above and beyond to help customers. As for the other employee, he was very slow at helping customer and was not energic to do so.

The team member, Connor, remained seated in his chair which was about 10 ft or so away. This from a customer's perception, was already bad customer service. As when a customer walks up and needs assistance, the team member should at least acknowledge the customer. Connor had no enthusiasm and I felt as though he did not want my service. He continued to display rude behavior throughout the entire interaction and I would be happy to elaborate further.
