Was charging me $142 to ship at an overnight rate before 8:30 am delivery time and $104 for an overnight delivery of before 10:30. Which i thought was a lot of money for the delivery for the item weighing .35 LBS. Then as i was reluctantly willing to pay he then told me the that he was charging me a priority overnight package instead of a priority overnight envelope. Which then became $128 for overnight delivery arrival by 8:30am and $68 for overnight delivery arrival by 10:30am... his demeanor was not awful or bad. But his mistake to be was going to cost me extra unnecessary funds that to be honest are tight now days thanks to inflation. I would say he just need to put an extra little attention to details, before sending of his work. But the location its self is great i used to go there when the building was a kinkos. Everything is easily available and in stock for an easy transaction

These guys know their stuff I would highly recommend them in there, not being able to finish my project for my father-in-law. I made a big poster and was having problems trying to file.
