They made it hard for me to place the order - they introduced new information as we were processing the order for ex. Rush fee and crop fee when in fact Alden had said to me earlier that printing would be completed in an hour without any fees. I felt like they didn’t want my business and I felt very uncomfortable getting this print job done at this store. I even researched other places so I didn’t have to return to get my photo printed here. They didn’t call me when it was ready - I called them the next day asking for a status.
