I was shown how to access the this on their computer and explained the cost when asked why it was high. Maureen broke it down for me and help me realize this was an option for an expedite passport. I did not need mine for a few months so I chose to not use this service. InStead I decided to get my photos with her. She was very sweet and very helpful. I will be back to say hello to her.
