    This was the most HORRENDOUS experience that I have ever encountered at this location. I have been a regular at this location for years now, and generally, I am satisfied with the customer service and the ease in which I use the self-service print service, etc. Unfortunately, on this particular day, Tuesday, May 28th, I was mistreated, by Sierra and Mary, who is apparently an assistant manager. Eduardo was the initial employee to assist me, and because he was not aware of how to put two prints onto an 8x11" paper, he asked Sierra for assistance. She was gruff from the beginning and asked what I needed, I explained that I needed to have two exact images on one sheet of paper. She started saying the dimension were such that it would not work, it was set up for a bigger print, like poster size print, blah, blah, blah. I let Sierra know that every month I bring in this type of project and oftentimes I use the counter service to have Robert print and cut this project. Robert knows how to do it without any question, problems or negative comments. Unfortunately, Sierra lacks the knowledge to duplicate the results that Robert provides and she was frustratingly trying to explain the reasons that my request would not work. After printing one copy, Sierra walks to the counter where I'm standing and aggressively throws the print at me. Shocked, my reaction was to throw it back at her and ask if that is the type of service she offers the customers. She then stated that I was being rude, therefore, in her mind, it was suitable for her to throw the printed copy at me. When I told her she was the rude one and I did not appreciate her ugly attitude, Eduardo intervened stating, "Hey, hey, wait a minute" or something to that effect, but he was directing that comment to me. I told him to speak to Sierra about being obnoxious and rude for aggressively shoving the print in my direction. Sierra was clearly agitated, and not receptive to my inquiries about the layout of the document I presented. Then comes Mary, she stated her reasons why my request would not work because of the way it was set up on my end, and blah, blah, blah. Mary printed up a copy as I asked that the borders be adjusted so that I could cut the document in half after they printed it, she continued that it was not possible to print the border and gave her various excuses why. I let her know that when I come in and have the service at the counter to put two images on one sheet of paper, Robert never has an issue and he does it with proper spacing to fit the images, and allows for sufficient space to cut, etc. Mary insisted that they could not do what I was requesting because of the way it was set up. I asked her if it was a training issue that perhaps everyone ought to be trained by Robert. Then Mary says that she doesn't know what Robert does but she could not do the same thing and dismissed my request as invalid. The negative attitude by Sierra and Mary were unlike any experience I have EVER had at this location of FedEx Kinkos. I asked Mary who her supervisor was because I would be submitting a complaint about the mistreatment and misinformation I was receiving. Mary stated that the supervisor was Tanya Almario and she would be store tomorrow (today). I recorded the info that I needed and asked Mary about the print. She printed up a copy of what I requested, and then she explained that poor quality is because of the way it was initially set up improperly. I compared the print that Sierra originally threw at me, along with the print Eduardo re-printed afterwards, to the print that Mary just did and it was awfully horrible. The words on the page were distorted and the whole thing looked sloppy compared to the other two prints. The only good thing on Mary's copy was that it had sufficient space on the border so that it could be cut without cut cleanly, however, the words were distorted. Again, a training issue that the employee ought to know how to make adjustments without excuses. I say that because on May 24th, I was in store again, and required the same type of print. Fortunately, on that day, Robert was there and handled the print with professionalism, no negative comments and zero attitude like what Sierra and Mary displayed. Robert even helped me register for the Business Discount program which on that same day, May 24th, Mary stated that she could not assist me with because it was something that I had to apply to at home on my own computer. Mary's lack of training to set up the discount program and her false narrative that it must be done by the customer at home, it was an excuse because she is not trained on how to help the customer. Thankfully, when I saw Robert was there, I asked him to assist, and told him that I wanted to sign up for the business discount, and he did so without any issues, excuses or drama.     I was immediately greeted and asked how I could be helped. Will was polite, friendly and professional. He was efficient, and quickly took care of my shipping needs. I left feeling I had an easy and enjoyable experience with FedEx. The service he provided exceeded my expectations by far overall. It is rare to receive this type of service and Will needs to be recognized as a top employee.

    This has been my favorite location to visit near where I live. All staff members have been great. Will has by far been of the best. I had him another time. He is very personable, considerate, kind and most of all a great problem solver. He was quick to finishing solutions when the technology was giving us fits with trying to ship my package.

    Mark was super friendly and helpful. I had a package that needed to be shipped out and I wasn't sure if I needed a label. Mark helped me the whole way with getting the label printed and put on my package with care. He was such a big help I would come back just for Mark to help me again! Honestly such a great experience compared to other FedEx's I've been to.
