    There are serious failures with the website not allowing me to upload multiple files and receiving repeated "failure" responses. It take sbout 10-20 attempts for the website to work. To save time, I will drive to the store and present a flash drive so I an bypass the website. This happens EVERY month!! Unfortunalty, because of the specicity of the job that I need, it is hard to get he customer service staff to exeucte the way I need and I much prefer the website if it worked. (The website options, experience is great IF/when if works!)

    My dad went to the FedEx Office in downtown Long Beach in California to see what happened to my pack contained 5 books, 3 of those were rentals from my university bookstore at California State University Long Beach. I was in university for classes so I couldn’t be at the FedEx office to see what happened to my package so my dad went to report the situation. My dad was given assistance by Mary to find out what happened to my package. It was discovered that the CSULB bookstore typed in the wrong address and zip code after my dad showed Mary my university bookstore receipt pdf proving that I did typed my address and zip code correctly after being accused that I typed the wrong address and zip code. From there, the situation was taken care of and resolved at the CSULB bookstore.
