    I was at a conference all day but had an important item to be printed. I even debated about getting it printed at this particular one because it said there may be a surcharge but it was the closest. I had a full day of running around and responsibilities and realized it closed early so I called and told Sarah I was runnning late, but I was not driving so I had to Uber there and she told me she would wait and I was about 15 minute late and she was still there and very friendly. I was ecstatic and I asked her for a survey because I wanted her supervisor to know. It was above what could have happened. And I’m a on again off again business customer. Thank you
