    It took 45 minutes to place a simple order for a 18 x 24 color poster. There was confusion about the new system. The next day, not only was the order not ready but it had not even been placed in the system! One of the employees said they would resubmit the order and correct the sizing of the image. I specified no border for the second time. The next day - the second time I had to drive to the store - the order had been printed the wrong size and with a border. When I pointed out the error, a female employee said it was my fault because I had not specified no border. Then both employees disappeared for several minutes with no update on how to fix the problem. Finally a male employee (manager I think?) returned and offered to reprint the order if I could wait around an hour! Where?? In the parking lot?? He reprinted it and once again it was the wrong size. Finally, after almost an hour, the poster was printed for the THIRD time and it was correct. Nobody at any point apologized or acknowledged the mistake. It was terrible customer service. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this store in the future.

    My prints came out great kevin thank you. I was able to get the majoroty of my prints from the copier thank you for helping me with the 2 codes I had that didnt work. Thank you for your help today.

    Kevin went above and beyond to help me I actually watched him help a woman as well who was yelling at him. Calm cool collected amazing patience. He then pivoted and helped me get an emergency biz card done also the entire staff were really awesome being helpful around the store really impressed. Thank you

    The shipping person was polite, and asked me a few questions regarding if my package contain any Fragile items. Although I was shipping old records she indeed inform me it could be wrapped in fragile wrapping. I was impressed on her consideration of my package arriving safely.
