    Employee packed my package with your packing and it arrived damaged . Big hole in the box delivered I. The rain by final driver. Who wanted to photo it in the rain with rain getting in the opening . I said ‘Never again ‘ about FedEx and he said it was the packers fault not his. We both photoed the damaged box. Before opening. The poster inside was damaged. I want a refund for this disaster.

    I felt the price of sending an envelope to Canada was far too expensive and that it must go through customs when all it was some documents but I sent it because I felt there was not any other option and then for it to take 11 days was absurd.

    Outstanding service and communication with Haile. She acted as a Team Member, advising me on best printing options and even assisted me with my typos and goofs. I was referred to Katie by a colleague and it was the best experience I could have asked for. Very professional, nice to work with and very pleasant in person (when I picked order up). She's the best - I will continue using this location for my printing orders - even though it's 50 miles from my location (Camarillo) it was worth it to have project done right, on time and with friendly service. Bravo!
