    I had used your location one week prior and planned to use it for a project I’m working on for the next few months. The first time everything went smoothly. The second time I emailed three files. The longest one was labeled draft and it’s a federal complaint so I’m updating it often. I sent the job and asked for two copies of each file. When I arrived they were already printed, last time they waited until I arrived and asked if I wanted color or black and white. I was happy they were ready and thanked Geo. Then I let him know I needed to shred the draft and print the updated draft and I was emailing it now. I asked if it was possible to shred and he told me a charge per pound but yes it was possible. I thanked him and proceeded with the transaction. I handed him the old file to shred accepted the new black and white file that was the updated draft of the federal complaint. As I went to pay there was a $40.08 charge and I asked what it was for and he told me color printing. I told him I didn’t want or ask for it and didn’t do it last time either. The were now 2-3 other customers behind me. He pushed back and told me on the first file they saw color so they printed everything in color. Well there was color on one page of one document. Basically a red square around a subpoena list explanation outlining the paragraph. Essentially the rest of the one document and the other two documents are in gray scale/black and white. I paid $.92 for the updated file to be printed. So now I paid $40.08 plus $1.50 for basically two pages with color and the other two files essentially no color and I shredded the 14 page document that was 28 pages because I asked for two copies. When I tried to politely question Geo then told me if the see any color at all everything gets printed in color and they are not mind readers. I was embarrassed and there was a line. I’m a business manager of 25+ years and I can tell you I would have warned the customer that in the future they must specify the black and white in the email when they request the print job. I also would not have embarrassed them in front of other customers. I wasn’t happy and it was enough money that I couldn’t afford to just eat the charge plus the principle of the staff not checking the other two files or even just replying to the email to ask if it was for black and white or color. I paid $58.00 and shredded the majority of the job because of privacy but also I paid almost $40 for color printing that wasn’t color and I understood when I arrived it may have already been printed but I would pay a $1 or $2 to shred and pay additional $1 to get updated draft. I find it crazy and sad especially when he understood I didn’t know it would automatically be printed in color and I wasn’t walking out with the color documents being the federal complaint. The third and longest file. Please go look at the print job. I sent it on Tuesday, April 7th at 3:45pm and went to pick it up on Wednesday evening and to send along the updated draft of the federal complaint which was printed properly in black and white. I also scanned on my own the subpoena duces tecum and sent it where I needed it to go by email.

    I had a photograph scanned The output was a pdf rather than a jpeg. I didn’t know I should specify But it was easy to convert. I should have wipe the old photo with a Mr Clean sponge beforehand, too.

    There were three employees that helped me and they were all great. I had to print a funeral program with lots of pictures on hard stock in less than 5 hours. They took a look and made accommodations to get it done on time. Thank you!

    My document was printed in b&w but I had wanted color so the young man who helped me reprinted it right away & was very gracious.
