A very nice tall and smart employee who has helped me in the past with shipping assisted me to scan my documents to send them to 5 different emails. I had no idea how to do it plus the paper kept jamming during the scans and he was very patient and helped me to get it done correctly. It took about 20 minutes and we were almost finished when the store manager kept walking around us staring oddly at us and then walked by again and said to the employee helping me “do you plan on staying here and helping her all day?!” It was very rude and uncomfortable I was embarrassed for the nice employee who helped me and I was upset because it cost me $170 to scan my documents so it I didn’t appreciate the comment. I asked who he was and his name. I usually have a good experience when I come in there in the past and have done a positive survey in the past but not this time. I couldn’t believe he was a manager saying a comment like that to his worker and to a customer spending $170 to scan some documents. I’m an older lady and don’t know how to use these machines. Very creepy.

He made sure I filled out the proper international forms and asked his coworkers to make sure everything was done right. He kindly helped me and reassured me.
