    Robert went above and beyond to help me out!!! He was super, super accommodating and helped me turn 3 errands into a one stop shop at FedEx. First he helped me fix my online print order and was so kind, then he printed an unexpected additional print I needed (a shipping label) as a label and notified me I could just ship from FedEx instead of usps. He then helped me tape my box and everything. SO HELPFUL AND NICE!!!!

    Emil helped me beat the 4:30 PM cut-off to get packages to NYC overnight. He saw me run into the FedEx Office and said, “Hello Back!” as I had been in the evening prior trying to get the same packages shipped. He was expedient and reassuring when I needed confirmation on the overnight arrival and that the ‘re-labels’ did indeed match the packages. Friending and efficient. Much appreciated.

    Hamadi totally solved the challenge of being able to reprint shipping labels at the store for Patrick and Artful Learning. I accidentally left the labels on my office desk when packing the car. The 800# overseas agent told me this WAS NOT possible. Hamadi totally made one phone call and worked it out. He’s amazing, calm, patient with a total service mindset.

    I was late to ship out a package and had to pay a lot more money than I expected to have it arrive by the desired time. Lay and Luis were so helpful and were able to help me save $70 on shipping fees. They didn’t have to help in this way and far exceeded my expectations! Lay was very friendly during the transaction and Luis was very helpful and I appreciate both of them so much for helping me out.

    ‘Marta’(?) never smiles, presents a stressed out disagreeable, obstinate persona that made the experience intolerable. I typically try to avoid working with her but often she is the only staffer there. Her personal grooming (hairstyle) needs attention. She presents a very unhappy disgruntled persona that makes me uncomfortable. The facility is ALWAYS understaffed and although I live in the Maina walking distance to this location I will usually drive 5-10 miles to other sites to avoid the hassle of the Marina office.

    I was worried that my shipping would be very costly and wasn't sure if my box was a proper size. I was immediately greeted by RONNIE and reassured that he would take care of me by helping me repack my items so they were safer in transit and faster and cheaper shipping cost. His calm and understanding disposition and expertise made me feel so much more at ease and the entire process was seamless, efficient, and complimentary throughout! I'll definitely be back to FedEx, specifically this location, because RONNIE is the best!! And everyone else at the desk was exceedingly friendly and helpful!
