    Bree answered my call 5 minutes after opening and was very patient and kind. I called NUMEROUS times as I was having difficulties and she was very helpful. She was even able to send photos of a sample as I was having a colleague pick up the order and I am out of state. She assured me everything looked good and was not annoyed by my countless questions.

    This is the second time that I have Spoken to Marnie about the limited parking. Each time her tone is verbally combative. There is a major issue with parking at this facility.

They helped answer my questions and offered their advice on what would work best, while keeping costs relative, but not sacrificing quality.     Ernesto was very pleasant and helpful. He was knowledgeable and efficient in assisting me. I wanted to also mention Emil and Guyen. They’ve also been excellent in past visits to FedEx, but I hadn’t done their surveys. They also deserve high kudos. These staff members are memorable for their great customer care.
