I had different options and paid extra for the quickest option. The letter has not been delivered by the scheduled date (and even the scheduled date of the cheaper option has not been met yet). The letter has still not been delivered. First of all the letter should be delivered ASAP! Second of all, why did I pay extra, if you are not able to stick to the promised deadlines. I will go to the store and will demand my money back. I feel scammed on this transaction.
