She then showed me the full size print as it was coming off the printer so I could comment if any changes were needed. Then she carefully trimmed my print to size. Her ttention to detail was amazing, and the time she spent making sure I got just what I wanted was really above and beyond. Thank you, Maria!

I wasn't able to change the name on the ship package because the stupid robot didn't let me I'm the sender. I *** off because it didn't even go to the right address. You guys messed up . It went it some Walmart FedEx place not even to the spot on the address. It was supposed to be ultra shipping that the people that are picking up packages but know since my package is lost now there about 600 doller worth of stuff in there and because you guy don't have anyone that can talk to you because the stupid robot doesn't let you talk to a representative. I'm *** off someone. Needs to replace my 600 dollars worth of stuff .

My order was perfect and completed 2 days early!! Irene stepped in when Natalia was off to make sure everything went smoothly. I don't respond to many customer service surveys, but I had such great service, I had to report about my experience.
