    I brought in my own laser & shimmery paper to print my wedding invitation. The test print came out perfect, and the representative showed me the outline where they would cut the paper. It was perfect, so I ordered 75 printed invitations. When I picked up the invitations, they were cut very close to the wording and smaller than the test print. I politely brought this to the attention of the supervisor who told me that he can give me 10% or he can shred them, and with a stern and rude manner. I was shocked at his remarks because it was my paper used and he could have at least acknowledged their error and offer a better solution. Because the invitations were cut smaller, they could not fit into the wedding invitation sleeves without falling out. So - I would have to use envelopes to hold my invitations, which would cost $25. The 10% discount would only take off $5. So, I requested a manager who was not there. I asked to supervisor to not shred my invitations and that I would call the manger the next day. The next day, I spoke with Emma who said that she inspected the invitations and admitted that it was their fault and that it was cut bad. So, she offered me 50% off. I took the offer and picked up the invitations. However, I decided to not use them and to get new invitations prints from an online store. I received the invitations from the online store yesterday and they are beautiful. I regret wasting my time and money at FedEx. I lost about $60 due to FedEx's fault and had a very upsetting day due to that supervisor unpleasant remarks. I've met and had so many helpful people throughout my wedding planning experience, FedEx has been the worst.

    I was initially helped by Justin. However, when I kept asking for help on how to show me what to press on my phone for printing, he kept walking away. He did this twice. Finally, Jonathan came in to help me and passed me off to another member. Needless to say Justin’s customer service needs work.

    I had a rushed print order that needed to be done same day. I went to other printing stores that made it seem like same day orders were impossible. As soon as I explained to Emma what I needed done she immediately said we can get that done for you as soon as possible. She kept her word at got it done within an hour! A gentleman helped her complete my order which I didn’t receive his name but the team is extremely efficient and I will 100% be coming back to this location for all my printing needs.
