    I came to the store with my MacBook Pro so that I could clearly and specifically describe how I wanted my poster to be laid out. The clerk wrote down my instructions and I emailed her the image right there from my Mac. This was Tuesday. When I hadn’t heard back by Friday I called only to learn that they hadn’t even started on the poster. When I arrived later that day to pick up the poster it was not laid out the way I had instructed and there was no time left to do it over. Since I needed the poster, When I asked for a discount the clerk said that she could not offer a discount on a $50 job. I grudgingly paid full price for a poster that wasn’t what I ordered.

    1 only 50 percent of pages were printed. 2 some of the pages were faded (ran out of ink). 3 ahtet waiting 30 min got them to print what the should have printed, i was presented with an invoice that was 100 dollars above the quote i was given and agreed upon. Refused to be pay a cent more. All in all disastrous experience. Would have expected better… much better… from our heretofore respected FedEx

    There was a small issue with my order and she reprinted it. However she didn't fix the issue, one extra space that showed on her computer when it didn't show on mine. She said it was $8 to fix that, which was disappointing, but she did tell me about it and was able to fix this. She did help out when I asked the order to be broken out into two receipts. She said she would ring it up on Monday otherwise the FedEx software would change me for a 'rush' order. The order wasn't ready when came the next day, another person said they had been busy and didn't have enough staff. I came back later

    I have been shipping photos and documents with FedEx for over 20 years. I always bring the documents in a standard, thin manila envelope. The Fed Ex clerk then places my manila envelope inside a slightly larger hard FedEx envelope which protects the photos and documents from damage in transit. This clerk did not do that, so I asked her about it. She said Fed Ex does not do that. I know that is false, because FedEx has always done that in the past. Has something changed? Do you know longer do that? If you do not, I'm probably going to switch to one of your competitors. Thank you.
