    I Business with Kinko’s for many many years and always found it to be a wonderful place full of people in action and and happy employees and people coming and going and you’re FedEx office. It’s in Mountain View California. Is this incredibly sterile place with four people who didn’t quite know what they were doing and personally I just would never use FedEx again if I ever if I know if I had any other options.

    The guy was so aggressive and weird. Barked out “I need a picture ID” before even getting started. I asked why and he said “I don’t know. You can call the corporate office.” I said, “But you are wearing a fedex uniform and this is a fedex office.” He said “You can ask corporate.” Quite a turnoff and I almost left - then he asked what was in the envelope and I said a birthday gift and he said “no, what is in the envelope” and I said “a necklace.” He asked the value and I said $20.     Team member was boarder-line rude. Very impatient and not helpful with giving me an idea of what different shipping methods would cost. I paid $26.70 but could have shipped it for much less as a two day package. Reciept # NUQK00206939 Usually, in NYC at least, I have found FEDEX team members to be very helpful and forthcoming with suggestions about which way to ship.

    I’m glad you sent me the survey because I was actually going to call that particular store in Oklahoma City to tell a manager how wonderful his/her staff was!!! I called the office directly to start my pre-order anticipating needing several items printed for a ribbon-cutting ceremony we were hosting in Oklahoma City. The first woman I spoke to was Amy and she was filling in that day for Nick. Therefore, she took my original order and got it started, and she was an absolute pleasure with which to work! The following day when I sent in the other parts of the order, I worked with Nick and he was very helpful and accommodating also! The day before the event we had additional quick changes to our program and I called back and I believe it may have been a Nicole who answered the phone and she was an absolute pleasure also! They did our remake super fast and had it ready for us to pick up when we needed it! This was outstanding! I hope their manager reviews this and gives them all a raise! Lol, but seriously, this office was exceptional! Thank you so very much from CACI International company we all appreciated it and you!!!!! P. S.     Enya was very helpful and patient with the ordering process. Claudia answered all of my questions about picking up the order, and when I asked for clarification about the charges. I think the main thing that I was dissatisfied with was the pricing; it seemed very high especially for the color printing (even with the “accent” printing, considering that there was very little color on any of the pages).
