I went into the store because I have used this location often over many years for invitations which I as happy with. The help achieving my intended results was always great in the past. This occasion I ended up with a sheet printed with my announcement design cut into individual cards. When speaking to the employee I stated announcements. I was given two options for paper shiny and not shiny. I asked if there was thinker paper and was told these were my only two choices. I wanted these 5x7 but was told the cut might get into the design. So I ended up with 4x6 on thin paper and no envelopes. I asked at pick up about the envelopes (again I have ordered invitations at this location that came with envelopes so that was my experience and expectation). The employee (different one) when onto the floor to find envelopes for purchase. Anyway this was not what I wanted at all. I was expecting 5x7 announcements on heavy paper that came with envelopes. I’m not sure how the order became what I received.

Sounds easy, but I’ve had a lot of troubles making print orders like this at other locations. I also really appreciate that she told me the price before printing everything out so I was aware of what I was paying for. I felt like she cared about getting me exactly what I wanted quickly and efficiently.
