I wasn't expecting him to know and understand how to help me with my printing request, based on previous interactions with other FedEx locations. But I was pleasantly surprised to find Rickie eager to help and knowledgeable about the process. He was careful to get all of the information that he needed to complete the order and walked me through the parts that I didn't think about. In the end, I got a great product and it was delivered on time.

I had called in advance about the job and I was confirmed that I could wait and pick up the same day. And the printing person, he was not friendly. I was disappointed about the service.
