    The team member who assisted me needed a bit more training and may have been neuro-divergent. I had several LARGE packages to ship and the team member helping me seemed surprised and had closed my transaction after the first piece. They were hard to miss (three more 30-40 LB packages.) When restarting the process, he asked me questions like we hadn't just been speaking for 5 minutes. Also, the interactions between him and his coworker left him confused and it was a bit uncomfortable. They figured it out. My packages got shipped and have arrived at their proper locations (I felt he was a bit unsure which left me a bit uneasy that they right package would be at the right location ~ until they arrived.) He was very nice but did not inspire confidence.

    My September 25th visit to the FedEx office in Kelowna, BC was good as usual. Ingrid has always helped me greatly and I have always appreciated that help. My problem is with the service once my package left the office and was enroute. Tracking #393598808571. It has been quite a mess and when I have called FedEx or tried tracking my package, I do not believe I have been told what was happening when my package ended up being delayed and then, wasn't scanned for over a week. The customer service experience was not helpful nor did it provide me with answers until I insisted on speaking with a manager/more senior person. She at least was able to tell me about a large hold up in Memphis that none of the others told me about. I still do not know where my package is but was assured it was likely not lost but simply delayed due to a problem in Memphis. The previous three representatives I spoke with provided me with none of the answers the manager was able to provide me and the information when I tracked the package on line or over the phone was entirely incorrect to what was actually happening. Additionally, I was sent a response to a case number which suggested that I start a claim for my shipment which suggested to me that the package was lost. When I tried to start a claim on line, I would press the 'start a claim' button, only to be taken to a dead link where there was nothing I could do. This particular experience has been extremely frustraing and, as I stated above, while I was assured that my package would be found, I have not been informed that it 'has' been found and I still do not know when it will be delivered - now more than two weeks after the shipment date.

    Arti went above and beyond to help me. I was having a banner made and we were having trouble with the formatting. He continued to problem solve until it was able to be printed successfully. I am so appreciative of his excellent custom service. He deserves a raise!!

    Theexperience was enlightening as I learned that the reason FEDEX has in the past years gotten sloppy on deliveries, is that the drivers are outsourced, not employees. Therefore, no skin in the gane of promoting & caring for the FEDEX brand. It is why I canceled my acct & have gone elsewhere. Only use FEDEX when a client requests. I think it is good that the survey wants to know how to improve.

    I wish I could remember who helped me. He was very pleasant and helpful. My less than stellar rating is not about him, but your service in general. $51 to ship a letter an hour away. Ridiculous. I won't be back to FedEx for the same service again.

    I always have a pretty good experience since I’ve been dealing with FedEx. Only one time was my package not delivered on time and when I submitted my request for a refund, I never got it so I don’t know how that part of Customer Service works but so far since then I haven’t had an issue and I’m very thankful and I continue to use FedEx

    The man that helped me with my package recovery was very helpful. Found the package I had dropped off the evening before and I was able to correct my error before shipping.

    You should send other managers and employees to this location to train. On my latest print job I was notified that there was a really large project ahead of mine and so it could take all day. It was great to have the expectations managed. And they still were able to finish it earlier than projected. It’s so good.

    Mike and Ashley are nothing short of stellar. Their work at is so crisp that it clearly trickles down to the rest of the staff. I do oversized and color prints about once a week. I feel sorry for all other designers in San Diego who use inferior print shops.
