The order came back with one of 3 signs mistakenly printed an a lesser weight styrene, but when I confirmed once opening the packet of signs, they said the order was written correctly but one sign was somehow printed on the wrong stock. No excuses, just the straight explanation. They re-ordered that one immediately and it arrived the next day at no extra charge. Superlative service!

My only issue was that nobody ever let me know whether it was in progress, or that it was delivered. I had to call to find out if it was being worked on initially, and then had to call twice to find out if it had been delivered the next day. Apparently the boards were great and were delivered correctly. Unfortunately, I wasn't told they were delivered until I called 5 hours later because the delivery time had passed.

I got a message that I had to go to the Service desk. The person at the Service desk was reasonably helpful, but did not inspire confidence. I was annoyed that I had gone there first and been reacted. When in fact, that’s what I needed to do.

It was my first time shipping a package with FedEx and he did an amazing job of making me feel stupid. After putting the items in the envelope I asked if I should now pay and the guy with his smug face scoffed at me and said no as if I should have known immediately every step in the process. I understand that he does this every day but there is no reason to be that rude and snarky to a customer.

Observing the conversation, there was a lengthy process to find the right size of carton to post the persons package, agree on the right service. It was utterly frustrating to stand and wait for such long time. Once another Fedex employee decided to open a counter it went acceptably fast and he was pleasant to deal with.

Nov. 30, even subtly turning it into a "teachable moment" such that I would be able to handle part of the process myself next time.

The real problem was with the badges (with names). The .pdf was in alpha order (last name) A-Z. I requested that the print be maintained in alpha short, but it appears that batches were made. The batches were alpha sorted, but then I had to integrate each batch into a master alphabetized series. This was very time consuming as we had over 300 badges. As well, the .pdf had cut "guidelines." The badges were cut on the outside of the guideline and did not fit into the badge holder. I had to manually cut each badge to fit into the holder. Again, this was very time consuming.
