I just learned that there was a mistake in the origin code BY FEDEX and my extremely urgent small envelope is held up in Anchorage. Thus my husband is stuck in Tokyo until it is received. This is not the first time the staff in the same FEDEX office have been dismissive and offensive toward me so my good will and patience are exhausted at this point.
