It is the asian lady with brown hair (I think she's a new employee for several months). She is aggressive and needs to improve her "active listening" skills. When I first walked in she told me from across the room to "leave my package at the counter" I told her I needed a sleeve before leaving my package. She then ordered me to leave the package on the counter and she'll take care of it. I told her I needed extra sleeves, I would've preferred a response like "Hi, I'll be with you in a moment" simple. She then proceeded to try to add the sleeve herself, I told her I would prefer if I did it myself but she still proceeded to stick the sleeve herself, she was about to add the sleeve right on top of artwork / logo on the box before I grabbed the sleeve myself, I had to physically grab the sleeve sticky might I add (because she removed the film) to paste it myself. She needs to pay attention to the customer requests and follow through. She seemed bothered that I wanted to paste the clear sleeve myself to my package that I'm shipping that I paid for. It made me feel uncomfortable and made me feel like my request was very complicated when it wasn't,in my visit all I wanted was for her to hand me a couple sleeves, thats it. I much prefer to visit the Colorado Blvd location where the staff are genuinely friendly and laid back.

I came in with quite a few items to send out, and they helped me pack everything up and find the best prices for shipping. They were so friendly and I was in and out in no time. I will definitely be recommending this FedEx location to those that I know. Thanks again Jackie and Sara!
