Rica and team are beyond helpful. I get multiple print outs for work at this location and although it’s a little further away, I use this location because they go above and beyond!

Angelica was extremely gracious and very helpful with my order, she was knowledgeable about the order process and communicated it well. I places a second order, but do not recall the employee’s name, she was also very helpful and patient with my project order.

The store is great. But my package I paid top dollar for STILL has not been delivered. 1 1/2 days late. I should have used USPS Express

My order was handed off among multiple team members and some details got lost. After 3-hours of a team member trying to fix a vector file, I finally received a call near closing time. My designer fixed the file in 15min. The team member should have called me after no more than 30min of trying to fix the file.

Rica went above and beyond helping me from start to finish. She was extremely kind and her customer service skills are outstanding. This location is not close to home but I will go back because the customer service was so outstanding. There is another employee (I don’t remember her name) but she is equally as great and was working with Rica on the day of my visit.

Use poly bags instead of forcing cardboard boxes. I ship my climbing shoes often at UPS with polybags and not cardboard boxes. FedEx said if I used a polybag I would encounter an extra bulk item or something charge. Lame. I'll go back to UPS for these items.
