    The Asst Manager who helped me went way beyond what I expected & ensure my project was perfect. He also showed me the FedEx online tools that I immediately went home & tried. The tool (calendar creator) was far superior to similar online tools I previous tried. Very impressed by both the online & store service

    The location in Pleasant Hill has the best staff. Always friendly, helpful, very timely. It's the only location I will go to. Two locations closer to where I live don't provide the same quality service!

    SueAnn was extremely helpful and kind to me when I was placing print order for my mom's funeral. I was having a hard time getting the program formatted correctly, and she did it for me patiently and consoled me, as I was really emotional about my mom's upcoming funeral. I was so thankful for her expertise and her kindness!

    The employees for the most part. Friendly and helpful. However your manager there I do not care for at all. I try and go when she isn't there and it's obvious to me that her employees,who seem intimidated by her feel the same way.
